| Deposits - Once you have decided on a puppy a deposit is required to hold that puppy for you. A deposit of $250.00 will insure that the puppy is held for you. Deposits are non-refundable. The puppy must be paid in full 15 business days before shipping or pick up |

| Shipping - Shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility. We arrange the flights for you, making it as hassle free as possible. The airline charges are usually paid when the puppy is picked up at the airport (shipping cost will range from $150 to $200). We charge $65.00 for delivery to the airport----(we live 135 miles from the nearest airport). The week before puppies are shipped, we start putting them in the kennels for a couple hours a day. We send them with a little blanket & something to chew on during their trip. Taped to the bottom of the kennel, will be a puppy packet. In this you will find a coupon for puppy food, a training booklet, the puppy's pedigree, veterinary health certificate, and health records, including all vaccinations and wormings the puppy has received. |

| Guarantee - *All puppies are sold as pet quality only. We make no guarantees of being able to show, breed, weight, or height as adults *This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale. *Congenital or Hereditary defects: We give a 1 year guarantee against life threatening defects limited to; heart, lungs, liver. If there is found to be one of these type of defects the puppy and registration papers would have to be returned before a replacement can be made. *The 1 year Health Guarantee does not include minor illnesses, hernias, hypoglycemia, coccidiosis, girardia, fleas, ear mites, worms, retained baby teeth, off bites, undecended testicles *The puppy is guaranteed for one week from the delivery date against any viral illness. *The delivery date as defined in this document is the date in which the purchaser takes physical possession of the puppy. *The purchaser is required to take their puppy to a licensed Veterinarian for a check up within three business days of the delivery date. If the Veterinarian should find a debilitating congenital defect the puppy may be exchanged with a healthy puppy of the same quality providing the dog and its registration papers are returned within 5 days of the delivery date. Shipping cost is the responsibility of the purchaser of the puppy. *If the puppy is not taken to a licensed Veterinarian within three business days, then the health guarantee on the puppy is void. *The seller is not responsible for any Veterinarian bills incurred. *If the puppy should die from a congenital defect within 12 months of its birth date, an autopsy must be performed at the purchaser's expense by a Veterinarian acceptable to the seller's own Veterinarian. If the autopsy shows a congenital defect as the reason for death the seller will provide another puppy of equal value to the purchaser. |
